GEORGE M. KALOPETRIDES
Chief Executive Director
George M. Kalopetrides is the Chief Executive Director of G. Kalopetrides and Partners Ltd. He qualified in the UK and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. George Kalopetrides has been a leading figure in the accountancy profession in Cyprus for many years and also served as Chairman of the Larnaca-Famagusta Coordinating Committee of the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 2000 – 2002.

MICHALIS G. KALOPETRIDES
Executive Director
Michalis joined G. Kalopetrides and Partners Ltd in September 2016 and holds the position of Executive Director. Michalis obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from Nottingham University. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

PANAYIOTIS K. YERANIS
Signing Director
Panayiotis joined G. Kalopetrides and Partners Ltd in October 2020. He previously worked for one of the Big 4 firms as an Audit Manager. Panayiotis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Athens University of Economics and Business in the Department of Informatics. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

YIANNOS IOANNOU
Senior Audit Manager
Yiannos Ioannou joined our firm in March 2002. He graduated from the Maastricht School of Management with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Since 2012, Yiannos has been in the role of Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) of the Firm and subsequently in 2014 he was also assigned the responsibilities of Manager in Charge for Quality Control Compliance (MCQCC).

FROSO PAPADOPOULLOU
Senior Audit Manager
Froso joined our firm in 1995 and held the position of a Shareholding Partner from January 2015 until July 2019, thereupon she became a Strategic Partner. Froso has over 20 years of audit experience, and extensive knowledge in a broad range of business sectors. She provides audit and advisory services to a range of local clients.

Ioanna Kaloudi joined our firm in January 2020 and holds the position of Audit Manager. She graduated from the University of Cyprus and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
